Commissions Terms of Service

Hello, I'm Melodoki. Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Please see the below for details regarding pricing, the process, parties' obligations, and so on.If you have any questions, then please feel free to reach out to me.I reserve all rights to deny requests for commissions.

Pricings

Pricings vary based on the type of commission. Please see the various commission options available on ko-fi.To request a special commission not made available among the options, please feel free to contact me so we can discuss any questions you may have.For reference, a piece such as Tiny Light would start at $125.

Your Obligations

For the smoothest process, please prepare:
- any character references; the more descriptive, the easier it will be to draw (no NSFW or furries)
- preferred posesPlease prepare (Contacts and Socials):
- a contact method for delivery (preferably email; discord or twitter is okay too)
- (optional) twitter @ for posting on twitterAll sketches will be posted to twitter unless requested not to.If a commission is needed for a stream asset, then please let me know.By contracting with me to deliver a commission based on your request, you are agreeing to pay the full price decided at the time our contract is made.

My Obligations

The following terms are used to describe my performance of the commission and will only change by specific negotiations between you and me:

  • Contact Time: Varying, based on queue. I will do my best to notify you when I am ready to discuss and take on your commission.

  • Wait Time: Varying based on real life obligations. I will do my best to get you your commission within a reasonable time foreseeable at the time of our contracting. Please specify before commissioning if you need a quick turnaround time.

  • Previews: Previews of art will be made based on the type of the commission. A maximum of 2 previews can be made, depending on the comm. Please contact me for more details.

  • Payment: Payments will be transferred at delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Usage: All art is for personal use only (not to be used commercially for resale, merch, etc.). Gifting OKAY.

  • Refund Policy: No refunds for circumstances made a basic assumption of these terms will be made once the commission has been submitted. Please consider carefully before requesting.

Agreed Performances of Both Parties

  • Parties agree to perform in Good Faith

  • Parties agree to communicate any issues that may hinder the performance of this contract

  • Parties agree to nondisclosure of any private, personal, or identifying information that may be revealed during the commission process
